Nicolas Batum was selected with the 25th overall pick in the first round of the 2008 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets. He was later traded to the Portland Trail Blazers on draft day.
Batum is a 6'8" forward with a 7'0" wingspan. He is a skilled all-around player with a natural feel for the game. He can score, rebound, pass, and defend at a high level.
